Return Policy & Return Form
Need to return something? We've made the process simple. Here's how:
1. Enter your five-digit order number and email address in the form below. Our system will generate a return label for you. Please note, the cost for returns is $8.95 per order.*
Make sure to send your return back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Any items returned after this window will be sent back to you.
2. Items must be returned in brand-new condition, with all original packaging (box, tags, etc.). Be sure to place the shoes and shoe box in another bag or box for shipping (the shoe box itself cannot be used as the shipping container). Failure to comply may result in a 50% restocking fee, as we cannot resell items in such condition.
Please note, some items are non-returnable.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair accessories, such as headbands and hats, or for swimwear.
Due to current COVID guidelines, toys are also non-returnable.
Items from our "Final Sale" section cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased with a discount code like "FINALSALE" (e.g., FINALSALEBOOTS, FINALSALE50, etc.) or marked as "Final Sale" in the product description.
All items purchased during Black Friday sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items* are subject to a 19% restocking fee if returned.
We understand restocking fees can be frustrating, but handling the costs of processing returns is significant. Instead of raising prices across all sale items, we apply this fee only to items that are returned. *Sale items refer to those discounted by 25% or more from their original price.
*For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email us at help@stovels.store to request a return authorization and our return address.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
